Alice remained in Lincoln following her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Sport Development and now works to support the local community as Head of Healthier Communities at Lincoln City Foundation.

Alice graduated with both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Lincoln having studied BSc Sport Development and Coaching and MSc by Research Sports Development. She has remained living in the city, and has achieved several promotions in her work for Lincoln City Foundation. She is now Head of Healthier Communities, managing Health and Wellbeing programmes, supporting the regeneration of parts of the city and other local initiatives.
